The Salvation Army Officer Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat) in Jakarta is a place and means of training, fostering and educating young people who are called to become servants of God in the Salvation Army who will become potential resources to carry out and be responsible for service.

Young people who undergo two years of education and training are called Cadets under the Class name given by the International Leadership of the Salvation Army in London, UK. The class name is the same each year in the 134 countries where the Salvation Army serves.
